Target Market

For my brief, my target market is younger kids, so I need to make sure I use colours and designs that will interest them. Vivid colours and bold typefaces are things that attract kids to certain packaging, like Frube yogurts, so my packaging needs to include these ideas, but i still need to make sure that it is suitable to hold food. Younger kids also look at packages with animals on more than they will look at some other plainer designs, as theres a character that they can bring to life, so I will also be including animals in my designs. For the food inside, children are more interested if it can be seen as some sort of snack, so i will be making 3 packages that will include carrot sticks, peanuts and apple slices.
