Nets

Different nets are used to create different 3D shapes, and some nets can be more complicated than others. They are first described as 2D shapes, that can be fitted together to create the 3D version. Nets are good in branding and packaging as they are used to create the packaging products, as once the design has been completed, it all needs to be fitted together, and nets are how companies do this. When creating nets, you use the lines on the page to fold the paper, which is how it becomes 3D, and then you also have extra pieces on the sides so that they are able to stick together.
